230 apps/website that got banned by the Indian Government
Indian IT Ministry & Home ministry Recently banned 230 Website related to Betting & gambling, Loan. I'm digital marketing freelancer & I'm mediator between some betting brand & social media influencer, so I manage brand promotion on many social media channels. and in 138 banned website List, my client brand also there in this 138 banned website List. now My question is, Brand website is still working properly in India still now & brand said that, he not received any official information from Official Indian government. also one more issue is that Original Notice not available on any govt. website, how can i find it..? so Now it's problematic for me to promote & manage this betting brand in India.? I face any issue in future for manage/promote this Betting brand.

you have not received any communication in this regard neither your activities have been banned hence you may for the time being continue with your business activities as usual, if at all the apps have been actually banned then it will cease to function in the Indian soil, after which you can stop using the said activities for your promotion
It is not known what are those apps that have been used by you which you say that they are banned and the sources through which you have this information.
Hence you may better approach the same source for more reliable information about this.
You may even try to get the information by submitting an application under the provisions of RTI act.

List of 94 Apps Banned in India (Unauthorized Loan Apps)
Besides the 138 online gambling apps, 94 loan apps will also be banned in India. This is an emergency order imposed by the Ministry of Home Affairs after it found many people committing suicide after suffering fraud from these apps. The loan apps in India lure in financially insecure people and offer them big loans at a high rate of interest.
In some cases, it was found that the rate of interest was increased by up to 3,000% by the loan apps in India. It resulted in the suicide of several people from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Therefore, these loan apps will be banned in India.

Applications for information under RTI Act, 2005 from Ministry of Home Affairs may be addressed to Central Public Information Officer, Ministry of Home Affairs, North Block, New Delhi – 110001 clearly specifying the information required from the records of Ministry of Home Affairs.
You can send an application to the public information officer of the concerned ministry or the ministry of information or any other ministry relevant to this subject seeking the information of the list of apps that have been banned under the provisions of RTI Act, 2005.
You can apply it vide selecting the department or ministry in which you want to file rti and then can file the same by paying it
