my parents are living in a small town of haryana since india pakistan partition. the question is that they have no papers of their house. how will i sell this property without papers in future.

They got this house in claim . They were living in pakistan before partition.. yes they have given allotment by authorities.my father has done a will in which my mother is the owner of said house and after her i will be the owner of that house.they took possession of this house in 1952 .property tax and all other bills are timely given.my father is no more so my mother is the owner of said house. she also is 87 yrs old ,she says that she lost the papers of this house many years back.
so the question is that what process should be followed while selling this house in future.please guide me.

no, there is no mutation done in my mother name.

some commen people say that after my mother the house will be automatically transfered to my name.

sir. if mutation is done to my mother,s name, will she has to do a fresh will in favour of me?
and if mutation is not done,what will be the consequences in future?
