It's better she approaches ministry of external affairs in said matter and later if no remedy is given file writ petition in HC

She should not do as the agent tells her as the agent will only do what the employer wants. She should file a complaint and also contact the embassy officials in Saudi and the Indian authorities here in India.

She is entitled to compensation as her husband died in course se of duty

It is better to take up the matter with the Ministry of External Affairs giving all the relevant information and documentary proof and request them to intervene and provide redress.

She can write to the Chief Minister, with a copy to the district collector narrating the entire story and the background and seek the help of government to bring back the body to india. If there is no response, she can write to PM or President seeking intervention to get a solution.

- A complaint should urgently lodged in the office of Ministry of External Affairs and a copy of the same should be forwarded to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia , so that his body can be brought with immediate effect.

- Further, she is also entitled to get compensation as well, hence she can send a notice to his company directly after getting the official address even online.

- Further, if no positive response , then she can forwarded that notice to the Consulate of India .
