My family basically belongs to Delhi before 1993… my grandfather father all uncles were born in delhi… then for better education of kids my parents shifted to NCR gurgaon,haryana, just on the border of delhi,, hum waha kuch saal tau ji k sath rahe unke ghar me fir apna makan bhi bna lia… lekin delhi me bhi ghar hai waha grandfather k name se electricity bill etc aata hai or papa k zameen bhi hai makan bhi… so ab muje obc benefit lena hai toh kya delhi obc ban skta hai as we hav adhar card of delhi, and for delhi obc we need 1993 proof… that also we have… but we haven’t continuously stayed in delhi… though we hav all documents from delhi… please guide delhi based experts

You can apply for OBC certificate from Delhi if you have
Two attestations by MP/MLA/Councillor/Gazetted Officers, declaring the caste of the applicant and continuous stay in Delhi since 1993
You would be eligible if you meet the requirements mentioned herein above
Sir but i had my schooling from gurgaon… and my father doesnot have obc certificate… but the authorities have made my delhi obc on the basis of my father’s documents… so m i eligible or not for service in delhi
Since you basically belong to Delhi it is advisable that you apply for OBC certificate at Delhi itself because you have all the proofs pertaining to Delhi address.
Since you have documentary evidences to prove that you belong to Delhi, you may apply at Delhi itself.
