There shall be a total ban on the transfer and posting of all officers/officials directly or indirectly connected with the conduct of the election. If any transfer or posting of an officer is considered necessary, prior approval of the Commission shall be obtained.as far as suspension is concerned code of conduct is silent on the issue
regarding suspension of employee
On the above the subject cited above , i want to clear that can a employee be suspended, when model code of conduct for election is already applicable

Nothing is mentioned regarding suspension when the model code of conduct for election is operating.
1. During the Election, the administration is governed by the Election Commission,
2. Till the election is over, the state Govt. can not suspend an employee without the approval of the election commission,
3. This is applicable to Govt.employee only.
1. The moment the model code of conduct comes in to operation the administrative powers of executive organ of the state are taken over by the Election Commission of India.
2. During the operation of model code of conduct no government employee can be suspended except without the prior permission of Election Commission of India.
Sir, what will be the situation if a employee is working in society governed by Haryana society registration act 2012, and the appointment of that employee is as per Haryana.Govt. rules but the institution is under self finance scheme
