Go to district court gautam budh nagar. There go to the court of chief judicial magistrate. This is a fine levied on you. Pray for leniency. Engage a lawyer he may reduce the fine by praying for leniency.

You have to appear before chief judicial magistrate

2) you don’t need to engage lawyer

3) pay the fine imposed by court

4) it would not come on record

1) you will need to visit Judge2- Chief Judicial Magistrate and address you will need to find out as its in your city.
2) Fine is stated 1000. so you will need to pay that only. But as you mentioned you did not received any summons so if any other charges or sections are levied then it can be increased.
3) You dont need lawyer. You can just plead guilty and accept to pay fine. Thats it.
4) It will be closed if you plead guilty and pay fine. If you plead not guilty then only the case will move forward.
5) Not exactly. This is an a petty offence of breaking traffic rules and does not make you a criminal.
6) It is a criminal case. But upon payment of fine you will be given warning to not repeat and then released of charges. So its does not exactly makes you a criminal.

1. Check the messages which you got for knowing the address and court

2. Since there is given Virtual court , then you can pay the said fine through virtual mode , and hence check the website of challan payment.

- type Virtual court for Challan Payment

3. No need , just pay the same online

4. Not fixed , you can pay without knowing the next date.

5. No, it is not a criminal offence , and come under the petty offences. Hence they cannot get any record for the same.

6. Not at all.

1. You can get the details of the court to which you have appear in the challan itself or from the details you have given here in this post,.

2. The court will pass an order sentencing you to pay fine, provided you admit the crime during the hearing and you do not need to pay any additional fine.

3. It depends on the lawyer , however you can walk in to the court and pay the fine directly without engaging an advocate.

4. You can pay the fine and get a receipt which will indicate the closure of this case.

5. This will not reflect in the police verification or clearance certificate because it is a petty offence.

6. Yes, but a petty case.

Dear Client,

You can usually do it on Virtual Court, you will only be required to pay the amount shown there and you will get a receipt after the payment is successful. It will not appear in your background and all.

Thank You

You can simply pay challan amount and released. If you have lawyer it's better. No it's not criminal case until you are convicted
