• My graphix team had cheated with lesser quantity which lead to complete loss of money

I have got an order of 500 diaries to be printed from a hospital for new year gifting,
i had committed for printing and executing the work from a third party ( My graphix) company,
the order was to deliver 500 diaries with 100 pages each and i had paid them full amount from my pocket.

But the third party had cheated on the quantity and reduced 20 pages from each book.
the books were delivered to the hospital and they were very unhappy with the fraud. they had returned
the books to the printer asking them to put back 100 pages on each book.

My graphix team had not responded for a couple of weeks, so the hospital had cancelled the order.
they had sent all the books back to me without any rectification. I had to bear all the loss.
They also warned me saying i cannot do anything. Please help me! I feel helpless with injustice.

If you had been cheated by the sub contractor, you may have to issue a legal notice to them demanding them to supply the product with proper descriptions as was agreed upon or to return the amount

You can send the product back to them and demand them to rectify the same or else you can file a money recovery suit to recover the amount you had already given to them.

As per the information you have narrated, Please file a police complaint against the defaulter.

If there is any contract between you and the defaulter you may sue them for the damages.

Send a legal notice to the guys who dud not do their work as per the agreed specifications. Seek full refund of your payment.

If the legal notice fails to be of any help, initiate recovery proceedings or a case in the consumer court.

Dear Client

You can file an FIR against them for fraud, criminal breach of trust, etc., or file before the consumer forum for deficiency of service and recovery of loss suffered with interest.
