• Management not comply the order

In 2009 our company suspend 8 people.and they contact the domestic enquiry. in 2012 2nd june they terminated 8 people. in between our union raised the dispute in asst.commissioner of labour. so the management file the 33 (2) (b) application infront of the asst.commissioner of labour. in 2013 august month asst.commissioner of labour dismiss the management approval petition. again management go to madras high court challenge the acl order. in 2014 april madras high court order on 17 b.but management not comply the 17 b order.

what are the remedy for us?
