You can go for rectification or change the name. But the said issue is minor. It will be better you change the account name of bank as the same will be easy process than executing rectification deed

Hi, Background : 1) My Full name over the AADHAR card is SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA (In sequence First name, Middle name (Father name), Last name (Surname)) 2) My Full name over the Voter ID card is SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA (In sequence First name, Middle name (Father name), Last name (Surname)) 3) My Name which is printed on the PAN CARD is SHASHIKANT B GUPTA, here Initial mentioned in the place of middle name (Here when I had checked Full name In the Pan card record it shows as SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA where as it is printed as SHASHIKANT B GUPTA over the Pan card) 4) My name in the SBI bank account is SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA (Account opened before the Aadhar card comes in to the existence) 5) My name in the ICICI & HDFC bank account is SHASHIKANT B GUPTA (Account opened before the Aadhar card comes in to the existence) Now, 1) I had recently purchased the residential property where during Agreement it mentioned as SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA having PAN AXDPG5XX7X, and during the registration I had provided the PAN Card & Aadhar Card both as ID Proof and same is attached in the agreement. Also, in property Index-2 name mentioned full name as SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA having PAN AXDPG5XX7X 2) I had recently purchased the commercial property where during Agreement it mentioned as SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA having PAN AXDPG5XX7X, and during the registration I had provided Only the PAN Card and not the Aadhar card, Pan card is attached in the agreement. - You can execute an affidavit after declaring that all written names are same and of one person
- Further , you can publish the same in the two leading papers ,and also can publish the same affidavit in the official gazette of India
- Further , after getting the same notification you can corrected the name in the documentary proof as well
- However, for such minor mistakes no need to rectified the property papers and the above suggested proofs are enough for future purposes.

1. Since you have documentary l proofs to prove that your name is SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA, you need not worry about the initial not elaborated in the PAN card.
2. The above answer suits this question too.
3. The abbreviated name as reflected in PAN card aloe will not cause any problem because you have other documents to prove your expanded name, this would support all the issues.
4. It is up to you whether to continue with the same name or to change the name in the said banks, there is no problem in either continuing with the same name or getting it c hanged to your expanded name.
5. PAN card is another document to prove your identity, since the aaadhar card is already having the expanded name, you need not bother about the abbreviated name as reflected in the PAN card.

3) In future If I want to buy another property, Should I continue with the Same above Practice where My Full name over the AADHAR card is “SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA” and Over the PanCard it is “SHASHIKANT B GUPTA” and should mentioned the name as “SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA” in the future Sale Agreement? 4) Addition to point no 3 if I am continuing with the same practice, In Such case what ID I need to attached in the Future Sale Agreement, Do I need to attached both the ID i.e PAN CARD & AADHAR CARD Or PAN Card Only (By Default during registrations they asked compulsory for PAN Card and sometime as one ID is provided, they do not ask for Aadhar Card) 5) Or Do I change the name as full name over the PAN Card to i.e “SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA” from “SHASHIKANT B GUPTA” and then I should Mentioned the name as “SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA” in the future new purchase to avoid minor mistake/confusion ..? 6) Doing those changes mentioned in the point 5, Is going to impact the Past executed sale agreement as after changes New PAN CARD shows name as “SHASHIKANT BALIRAM GUPTA” where as the PANCARD provided in past agreement showing name as “SHASHIKANT B GUPTA”..? 7) Wanted to understand, Going forward In future sale agreement, What is the best practice I need to follow, so that there should not be any doubt /confusion minor mistakes...etc with regards to the Name over the Pan card, Aadhar Card in Future Sale Agreement … and also it should not impact the Past Executed Sale Agreement as well, Please explain in detailed and also what name should I have over the PAN Card to avoid the same in future….Please help

My advice:
Being vigilant and cautious is a good practice. Being EXCESSIVELY vigilant and cautious is OBSESSION.
It is minor mistake no need to change PAN Card

a) The identity proof given by you has been accepted and there was no problem created by the authorities concerned nor the opposite party, then what is your worry, the property document is containing your full name which is correct as per the aadhar and other documents, hence you may ignore this observation.
b) The above answer suits this question too, hence your worries or fears are unnecessary.
2. The name appearing in the PAN card is neither a mistake nor an incorrect name, it is just an abbreviated form of your name and when it is expanded your name will appear as what is reflected in the AADHAR card, hence do not get tensed about this petty issue.
3. In future to avoid the unnecessary confusion, you may better use your aadhar card alone as your proof of your identity.
That would suffice the requirement to prove your name in full as per your desire.
4. You will not be asked to attached plenty of ID proofs, you may submit any government identity card, i.e., AADHAR card itself.
5. If you want to change your name in the PAN card you are at your liberty to do it.
6. The name change in the PAN card will not impact the past activities which contained the abbreviated name.
