• Insolvency petition Telangana - how to get the docs online

May i know the ways to find IP full document of an individual who filed it. Can we get it in online? What basic information is needed to find it? And where to search? How to know when court hearings would come?
Any ways to find a person who is intentionally absconding(without giving a police complaint). Can i hire any private agent?

You can search in court website for pending IP

2) courts update on website next date of hearing

Online you will be able to get only party and lawyer name.

If you want IP documents you have to submit response via lawyer and later on you can get IP documents.

If you know the party name can find in ecourt app which is next hearing date.

If you are a party to the insolvency petition filed before the concerned court, you can get a copy art free of cost  or can apply for certified photo copy of the same.

You cannot get the online copy of the said petition.

If you want to gather information of the pending case and the next dates of hearing you can log on to website namely ecourts.gov.in  for all such information about the case.

If it's filed in any IP office you can get it through RTI. If any case is filed against you then you will get summons from Court. Yes you can hire private agent.

1. The documents filed before the NCLT by an individual in connection with Insolvency Proceeding can be found at the concerned NCLT only and not online.

2. Moreover, you will be able to get the same from the Tribunal if you are a connected party to the said proceeding.

3. Engage a local lawyer to obtain the same for you.

Its not possible to get documents online. We have to either apply for certified copy of the petition or else if we are the affected party then we have to request the counterpart through Court to supply one set to you.

And I can only tell the other questions asked if i have the following details like

  1. who has filed the insolvency petition (Name)? then relevant details would be on District court Website.
  2. Is there any company? Then relevant details would be on NCLT website.

Feel free to revert in case of any query.

Thanks & Warm regards,
