- Hence, firstly execute Partition deed after giving the details of portion under the ownership of you and brother.

It would be most advisable to sell your share to another shareholder or to take the consent of the other shareholders before selling your share to a new person.
However since the undivided property is located in the US, it would be best to consult an American real estate attorney as laws are different from in India.
