1) RCR has to be filed by you in family court only .
2) it cannot be filed in criminal courts .

Hi. I understand that the Civil courts are on summer holidays till 10th of June 2014. Can a case of RCR be filed if the civil court is not working ? Is there any way it can be filed in the criminal court ?
