Nobody can predict the case or the details without knowing any details about it.

Since the case is posted for your appearance on the said date, you can contact a local advocate and enter appearance through advocate or you can appear in person and will come to know about it, after which you can decide about engaging the services of an advocate to proceed further.

- 3/8/11 are provisions of Delhi Municipal Corporation (Malaria and other Mosquito Borne Diseases) Bye-laws, 1975.

- As per section 3 of the said Act,, No person shall-keep or maintain upon or within the premises in his occupation any collection of standing or flowing water in which mosquitoes breed, or are likely to breed, or cause, permit or suffer any water within or upon such premises to term such collection in which mosquitoes breed or are likely to breed unless the collection of water has been so treated effectively, to prevent such breeding.

- Further under 8 of the Act,  The owner or occupier of any premises shall not keep therein any bottle, vessel, can, container or receptacle in such a manner so as to allow it to collect and/or retain water which may breed mosquitoes.

- Further , under the 11 of the Act, there is provision of Penalty which says that whosoever contravenes any provision of bye-laws shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to 500 rupees.
