I wish to start up a new delivery system for consumables. what kind of license do i require for the same? what other legal issues do i face ? do i need to approach a legal advisor for the same.?

You need a Trade license from local Municipality. Contact the Municipality than a lawyer.
third party delivery system (from provider to customer)..would be employing not more than 10 persons to start with.

you would need licence under bombay shop and establishment act . visit the ward office of muncipal corporation for more details .you would need copy of leave and licence agreement if business is being carried on in rented premises . if premises are owned by you copy of sale deed .
