Dear sir/ma'am,
Consideration amount is the total value of funds involved in any purchase/sale transaction entered between two or more parties. This amount cannot be equivalent to zero. According to Indian Contract Act, any agreement without consideration is void. Please verify the authenticity of the stamp paper by visiting the website which you have used to generate the e-stamp. After that Click on “Verify e-Stamp Certificate' and fill the required details. If you are unable to access such e-stamp certificate, you will have to resubmit an application for a fresh e-stamp certificate that includes the consideration amount. Thank you.
sir it is just a formality and you need not to go into details of it. since people do not give details of the transactions to the stamp paper vendor therefore they mention the amount generally. do not worry as it is not important.
The estamp need not have a mention bout the consideration amount.
The consideration amount shall be mentioned in the agreement attached to the estamp paper.
