Every property owner has right to access to his property. A property cannot be closed from all sides. Write to DFO and District Collector seeking laying down of road to you land through any area convenient. Government  is bound to provide you road. If they don’t you can file a writ in High Court.

You may submit an application to the forest department to allow you to use the forest land for road access from your landed property.

If permission denied then you can file a suit for easement rights for easement by necessity against the forest department.

Dear sir/madam,

You can contact the forest authorities. Firstly, give an application stating your reasons and seek permission to use the road. However, if you don't get the required permission, you can file a suit for easement rights. You have a good chance of getting permission as Government can't deny you access to your property.

- As per law, you have right to get a way to access your agriculture land .

- Hence, you can move an application in the office of Forest department for allowing accesses.

- If denied , then you can file a suit under the Easement Act for getting the same.
