Can 4 of my friends give me loan worth 4 lakhs each somehow , in that case as well will it be a challenge?
Thank u sir and ma'm...and Rajni ma'm....well we are in a situation to repay this amount cos i joined a good paying govt job now bt i cant take loan as my work exp is not much bt the problem lies in my relative giving me cash only and not going for any agreement or gift deed.Is there any way out?
The way out you have to find out because it is not a small amount. How will be show from records as to from where you got the amount to buy the flat. you may face trouble in such deal. Please avoid it.
Unless you consider yourself creditworthy to repay the loan do not take it. Failure to pay the loan may invite multiple law suits being filed against you. To avoid being enmeshed in the process of law you should buy the flat from your own savings.
