Iam a OCI card(British citizen) holder, recently karnataka changed farm law that any one can buy farm/agricultural land now.

Can I buy agricultural land now ?
If not then can my dad Indian citizen buy agricultural land and gift me ?

1. Since you are not a Indian citizen, you can't buy agricultural land in India.

2. Your father, being an Indian citizen, can buy agricultural land but he can't gift it to you as you are a British citizen. However, you can inherit the land after your father's lifetime.

Being an OCI you cannot buy agricultural land anywhere in India. 

No doubt your father can buy agricultural land being a resident Indian,  but he cannot transfer the property to you during his lifetime. 

You can inherit the property after his lifetime as a successor in interest to succeed to his estate left behind upon his intestate death.
