It's the duty of the father to take care of his daughter from birth till she gets married and leaves the maternal home for matrimonial home.

Since it is his duty,  he cannot claim reimbursement of the expenses towards taking care of his daughter.

However the daughter cannot claim any share from her father's own and absolute property as a right at least not during his lifetime.

If she is torturing her father and creates nuisance besides troubling him frequently on or the other issue frequently,  he can issue a legal notice instructing her to refrain from indulging in such illegal activities failing which he can file a suit for injunction against her to restrain her interfering in his life and property,  alternately he can approach local police station with a criminal complaint against her and seek police protection.

Dear client,

You can not claim back whatever you have spent on your daughter with respect to education, livelihood etc. However, you can file a case for harassment by your daughter under the Domestic Violence Act.

Secondly, you can not file a case to claim the property as your grandfather has already gifted the property.

Thank you.

- Indian kannor ke anusar ek pita apni beti se kharch kiye hue amount ko mang nahi sakta hai kisi bhi ground per , kiyunke ye uska adhikar tha.

- Agar beti pita ko tang karti hai to pita uske khilaf case ker sakta hai aur apni property se nikal sakta hai.

- Agar property pita ke nam per hai to beti ko usme se hissa mangne ka koyi adhikar nahi har , pita kisi ko bhi apni marji se property de sakta hai.

Aap call ker , puri detail jan sakte ho.
