Hello, We converted our agricultural land into non-agricultural but due to change in plan we would like to convert it back to agricultural. We have not done any construction. What is the procedure to do it? I read somewhere that within one year if we don't do any construction, NA permission will be revoked and land is converted back to agricultural. Please provide the guidance.

I believe it follows "The Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879" I could not find any information regarding time-limit within which NA converted land should be used otherwise it loses the permission. Also I couldn't find procedure to revert/revoke the NA permission.
