You can sell it through social e-marketing such as upload on your personal FB account, Instagram, WhatsApp, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.

In case of uploads of first copy product on Amazon, Flipkart and other such reputed e-commerce websites, you need to follow their guidelines on standard of product permissible to be uploaded for sale by the vendor. 

You must mention and highlight your product to be "FIRST COPY" wherever you upload your product for sale. As per Consumer Protection Act and MRTP act, fair description of product is mandatory.  

You cannot sell counterfeit products

- Selling counterfeit products is offence , and an FIR can be lodged for doing so. 

- Not only this , the said company can recover the amount of damages and goodwill .

Selling counterfeit products is illegal and a crime as per law. 

You can obtain legal permission from the legal owners of the product to legally  sell the counterfeit or duplicate products. 

Selling copy of branded items is illegal in india and can be penalized with heavy compensations.
