You would not lose your job merely because you paid fine for rash and negligent driving

1. To pay the fine is tantamount to admission of guilt in a summary trial.

2. However, the offence is too petty to be an obstacle in your career prospects. Your candidature cannot be rejected.

Though Criminal charges against you and paid fine for the same resulted in conviction.

No problem with the fine for offence punishable with summary trial.

It won't affect you in anyway being petty offence.

It's not clear whether you disclosed this at the time of applying for the job.

If not and this is revealed later then it can amount to misconduct.

However if thus incident occurred later to your application then no much adverse effect can be taken.

This is a petty offense for the first time hence it may not reflect in the criminal records of police during verification by police for employment purpose.

You don't make a mention about it in your application form for verification.

1. Ordinarily the cases like drunk driving, ticket less travelling etc Aare settled by paying fine on the spot and is not recorded in police diary.

2. So, when police verification will start there will be no record with the police in their diary to give any adverse comment against you.

No.  You were fined and you paid, it over.   There is no FIR against you, there is no conviction against you in any case.  You are over anxious.   Let me make clear that don't ask/discuss this to anybody ever  specially where you are going to be employed otherwise they would unnecessary harass you for nothing and I apprehend someone may not take advantage of  your innocence.  Be bold.  Job verification is not your vehicle driving test and you have not applied for renewal of licence etc.  This is your job verification, residence proof, keep one neighbour ready to give your witness at the time of police visit.   At the time of verification by police, the police would ask whether you were ever convicted.  Simple answer NO.  No if and but.  Good luck.

- Since, you caught in drunk and drive with 39% , and paid the fine in court , hence the said case against you has been disposed off i.e finalised and the file sent to record room and further no trial of the case will be taken place.

- Hence, no need of worry as it will not effect your government job and verification , as such type of offences are considered as petty offences and fine only imposed as a punishment.

Since fine has been applied and the case is dispossed off, there not much to worry about and there won't be any trouble in case of police verification while applying or getting a government job.
