accused handed over 2 blank signed un dated cheques while barrowing 20k. the complainant got filled up cheque for 2.5 lakhs and filed the case. the handwriting on the cheque is by someone else and not by the accused. the signature on the cheque is by the accused. i want to know what are all the questions may be asked for rebuttal of presumptions under ni act. .....lns adv
