in rape chances of bail are very less these days but it still depends upon the facts of the case and in cheating you can get bail

But if the relations were on mutual basis and only in case of cheating means lying to her that he is not married?What are the chances of getting free in this case?

Lady is from other country and she was in India for 8 weeks and my husband fell in love and in a relationship with her. She went back to her country and continue chatting and later on came to know from my husband only that he is married with kids. She got annoyed with his dishonesty and continuously threatening him to confess everything on chat and he did so. But still she has warned that she is coming to India in few weeks to make sure that my husband doesn't play around with ladies anymore. Every single day she is sending messege to him and me as well. I agree that he is not innocent but as a wife and a mother I want to save him.

yes but just want to clear that in this case it cant be a rape case but yes for cheating can be filed

Maximum punishment in case a charge of rape is proved in the scenario mentioned by you is life imprisonment.
It is very difficult to secure bail in case a charge of rape is leveled. Cases of Tarun Tejpal and Asaram Bapu can be cited for example.
what do you suggest when it is not rape and mutual relationship, it is she who surrender herself in front of him being single. Is it applicable in those grounds that why did she maintained a physical relation with my husband. In Indian culture this is not acceptable. But yes he cheated her by lying that he is single.

As per the facts furnished by you, your husband is liable to be punished for rape, cheating and many other offences. Engage a lawyer beforehand to contest her cases on merit.
whether it was rape or mutual consent ,is a matter of trial and first of all he will be arrested and sent to jail prepare in advance.further i do not understand that issue is with your husband and he is not coming forward for proper direction and you are following it on his behalf
yes he can be arrested for rape as consent of that lady was not free consent but obtained by fraud

the first question is that your husband make relation with her with false promise of marriage or not?
if yes then he can be booked in rape case u/s 376 r/w section 420/493 of IPC and the bail is very critical in these type of matters.
