You are not required to worry at all because nothing can be done like fraud etc. with the original sale deed also because all the transactions of properties are registered with Registrar. Nothing which is not registered will be accepted by any legal authority.
No, on photo copy nobody can make false transaction because its mentioned on your name and other party may contact you.
Don't worry much as on this basis of photocopy no forgery can happen.
Even if forgery is done, since you have the original copy with you the same can be easily countered.

Please note that under transfer of property act and indian contract act, Only registered written contracts , duly signed by you and stamped under Registration act are admissible as evidence.
In law, even if someone has your original sale deed with them and the same is unaccompanied by any other written contract such as sale/gift/mortgage deed, the person cannot claim any ownership, interest or title based on him holding the original sale deed
Please note that sale deeds are not negotiable instruments in law and as such mere possession of original sale deed does not confer ownership.
