It implies that any legal action can be brought only in courts at Ahmedabad city and nowhere else.
Dear Sir, Thanks for answer, We are manufacturer of consumer goods. In our invoices we wrote " Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction". Now any person/firm (out of gujarat), purchase goods from us. and he want to submit case of him local court, can he file case in him local court ? If he file the case, can we transfer case to Ahmedabad court. ? Thanks,

it will be only filed in ahmedabad
you have not used words subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only . in case wherein words Ahmedabad only are used then all cases have to be filed in Ahmedabad . if case is filed in another court you can raise issue as to jurisdiction
Did you draft the contract yourself, or it was drafted by your lawyer? It has been drafted in a clumsy manner. Since the word ''only' does not follow ''jurisdiction'' any purchaser of goods can file the case in accordance with law in his district court. The case(s) will not be transferred to Ahmedabad.
"only" is not containing in the jurisdiction line in invoice. we have not made any contract. but only sold good from ahmedabad to out state city by transport. payment of goods is deposited in our bank account by party from his city. we wrote "Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction" in invoice. in this matter can he file case to his city ?

since words subject to ahmedabad jurisdiction only have not been mentioned in the invoice purchaser can file case in his city as already made clear in my reply
You should have made a contract.
Since the expression 'only' does not follow 'jurisdiction' in invoice the purchaser can jolly well file the cases in his city. You will have to travel to his city to contest the cases filed by him.
