Two examples furnished here. Assistant General Manager(ScaleV) of nationalized bank (1)violated guidelines of GOI approved by Board of Director of Bank & assessed my Annual Confidential Report and gave me minimum possible marks. During Appraisal period CMD of bank dealing my role in a customer complaint remarked "well done....May your tribe flourish. My all good wishes and regards" & in response to poor state of affairs of office directed to controlling authority to investigate rectify and report. (2)Same AGM in response to my RTI appeal replied "No Work No Pay " has been applied for deduction of my salary whereas if he has used his head he can see sitting on his seat that i have passed hundreds of high value transactions in Central Banking Solution system. My salary was refunded after several months.
AGM was not the competent designated authority to assess my annual confidential report & jurisdiction of CVC starts from Scale-V.
there is no harm in disclosing fact that you have lodged complaint with CVC . never surpress any facts from court
