Sir, I got married last year in December par mere first time ghar se ane ke bad mere husband ne mera verginity test karaya jis se wo sure ho sake ki I am totally vergin phir bhi unhone mere sath married life start nhi ki. my in-laws sleep with us in Night in our bedroom ...maine apne parents ko kuch nhi btaya ye soch kar ki in future sab theek ho jayega...now in June 2013 my husband told me that he lost his job or ab mujhe bhi job search karne hoge jis se hum dono earning kare .Mujhe job search karne ke liye mere ghar bhej diya Delhi or phir wo log apne ghar ko lock kar ke gayab ho gye or sare mobile switchoff kar liye.. phir mere bhai ke friend se call kara ke mere in-laws ne mere parents se bola ki mere shadi se pehle ki chat un ko mile hai ye ladki characterless hai hum es ko nhi rakhenge...na unhone ye batya ki kya chat mile hai ,kis id se mile hai ,kis ke sath mile hai ..kuch bhi nhi jab ki mere pas na koi phone tha na laptop(Shadi ke bad) to phir un ko kha se kya mila...phir mere husband ne Section 9 ka case kiya mujhe bulane ke liye par us ka koi notice mujhe nhi bheja na hi wo khud kabhi court gye...kuch sources se mujhe jab pta chala ki mujhe bulane ke liye case kiya hai to mai bina notice vha appear ho gye .same day mere husband ne application diya court mai ki mai ye case nhi chalana chahta kindly es ko band kar diya jaye...ab mai kya karu...please help me ...mai or mere family last 6 months se bahot pareshan hai infact I don't know why they people doing this type of things infact mujhe abhi sources se ye bhi pta chala ki mere husband ke bade bhai ne bhi apni first wife ko divorce diya then he want to give to the second wife also par un ki wife ki family ke sources se matter sort out ho gya.. sir I typed this in hindi because I find it more better to share my case.please help me,show me the correct path

In this situation, you should file for Domestic Violence against your husband in the criminal court or you can alternatively file for restitution of conjugal rights in the family court.
In both these cases, you would have option to compel your husband to accept you. Also, please note, if you decide to seek maintenance from your husband, you should not be working and have an independent source of income.

I understand the situation you are in right now. Lekin agar aapko aapke husband saath nahi rakhna chahete to court main case file kerne ke baad bhi nahi rakhenge. Esliye sab se pahele aapko kisi mediator, jo dono family ke logon ko jaanata ho unse baat kerni chahiye. Aur koi solution nikalna chahiye.
Agar mediation se bhi kaam nahi chale to aapko court case ker dene chahiye. Aap section 9 ka case apne husband pe ker sakti hain, lekin uski decision hone ke baad bhi agar aapke husband aapko saath nahi rakhain to eska koi ilaj nahi hai. Court jabarjasti husband wife ko saath nahi rakh sakta. Fir aapko domestic violence act, aur 125 CrPC ki application laga ker maintenance claim kerni chahiye.
Aap 498A, 406 ka bhi case ker sakti hain, per kuch bhi kerne se pahele kisi mediator ke saath baith ke dono famalies se baat kerni chahiye.
