How to appeal maintenance from wife's father's income if husband unemployed
I worked earlier in Private Sector. Now I am totally unemployed. Presently I have the burden of my old parents who never ever employed, their old age treatment, expense of 4-5 legal case, daily needs/living burden & 5,000/- p.m. to pay my wife and having only my own parental very old home. My Wife’s father is retires from a very high position in Govt. sector. He have one son & one daughter i.e. my wife. My brother-in-law is well settled with his high profile job in Govt. sector. In this situation, is there any provision to claim maintenance from my wife’s father income. Please guide me with the section no., if any.

In which circumstances, How I can claim maintenance from my high pensioner father-in-law? (whose pension amount is much higher than my highest salary earned in entire life). Right now, I am suffering from Heart Problem(Cardiac 01 Valve Complete Blockage - LVH Voltage criteria Incomplete RBBB) and unfit from job due to high stress, high labour and respiratory problem due to work in heights. As I can't afford hard labour, massive journey, manual stair raising in high towers, respiratory problems in heights etc. In my side, my parents are too old and never ever employed, having no earning. My brother-in-law also settled as Judicial Magistrate and stay outstation. They are targeting to capture my home by building up mental & physical pressures to me & my dad because both we are the heart patient. Please suggest.
