I had a ancestral home which is 100 years old.my neighbour on back side of house stared to demolish his house and to start construct new home.few days after he started to claimed that in his documents 3 feet extra showed in measurements which comes inside my compound wall.all my family were setteled in the outer States for job purpose.with out no information he demolished my wall and stared to construct.we have a video proof of that when demolishing.we filed a civil suit.now the case status was in issues.what does it means and what to do next.

You should have immediately informed the police about it. Anyways now a status quo stay order should be taken from  the court regarding construction of his house. If that is not possible then take some people and demolish his side where he has done  construction.
