Dear Sir / Mam, How much is the amount of stamp duty or revenue stamp required to file a case of Restitution of Conjugal Right ? Is the amount of revenue stamp corelated to something in a DV case or any other case or factors ?

In a DV case how much is the minimum amount of interim relief the judge can grant to the wife having a 6 month old child ? If the husband is ready to keep the wife but wife is not ready to join, is interim relief still granted ?

The judge can grant any amount. No one can tell beforehand what would be the amount ordered by court. It depends on the peculiar facts of the case.
you have not mentioned husband income . the interim maintenance would depend upon husband income , whether wife is working or not .her professional qualifications etc . in addition in present case she has 6 month old baby to look after . after considering these factors and claim made by wife court take the decision of awarding interim maintenance
