The pattadar passbook can be transferred in the joint names of his wife and his children though they are married.
She has to submit an application along with the death certificate of her husband , copy of the legal heirship certificate and the old pattadar passbook to the Tehsildar, who after verification may issue a joint patta on all the three names.
You can approach the Tehsildar's office for clarifying the details and also the forms if any to be filled up in this regard.
Both married daughters along with the wife can apply for mutation with rhe revenue office by making a application along death certificate and filing appropriate form.
