what do you want to know about them
Next coram: additional registrar(j)-i act: constitution of india stage: order matters Sir please tell me about the "additional registrar" and "stage: order matters"
you must have filed writ petition . in case any objections have been taken by Registry it will come before Registrar for orders . you have to remove all office objections before your case would be listed for hearing
I have filed a case regarding our appointments . In 1st hearing of case there were two judges (like Next Coram: name of judges) but in 2nd hearing of case Next coram: additional registrar(j)-i so i want to that why our case move from " judges" to "additional registrar" ? What is the reason behind it?
It seems that you have filed a writ in respect of a grievance.
The case has been sent back to the registry to cure some objection. Follow up with your lawyer to know the reason.
ok, thank u sir
your case had come up for hearing before Division Bench . as some objections have not been removed case your petition has been placed before Additional registrar for removal of those office objections . your lawyer will do the needful
thank u sir, hope for the best, date of case is April 16, 2014
Daily causelists for confirmed listings. Sir today I have checked "Daily causelists of April 1, 2014", list doesn't contain our case number but lawyer said that "your 1st hearing was on April 1, 2014". please sir say something
is daily causelists contain only cases having final judgement????
ok
daily cause list will contain case for admission / final hearing listed before the Division Bench on said date . if it is before Additional Registrar it will list cases placed for orders on said date . your lawyer is best person to guide you
actually Sir we are fighting for our appointments, Govt. is not supporting us, we hvn't trust on lawyer because everytime he changes his statement. Thats why I am clearing my doubts regarding lawyer's words with yours precise advice. I really thankful to you.
if you are not happy with services of your advocate you can change your advocate . request him to issue NOC and appoint another advocate .
anyhow thanks for your appreciation
hoping.....
thank u sir.
The case is not yet back in court as it is still before the registrar for curing objections. Trust your lawyer. Procedural matters are tricky and incomprehensible for a layman. Your lawyer alone can guide you.
ok sir, and thank u
Today also get a doubtful reply from lawyer. He said that the concerned Dept. did not give their response to the Court regarding yours appointment process........... what you think about it ???? Please sir say something
we have told you to trust your lawyer . if you are not satisfied with his services change your lawyer . as mentioned earlier unless objections are removed your petition wont be heard and final disposed of
