See with help of survey number and map of the plot as mentioned in documents you can find the physical location at particular place and can further get the plot demarcated accordingly from local revenue/municipal office.

An application will have to be filed with the surveyor along with the documents to obtain the required document.

Get in touch with a local advocate, who may help you with regards to the same

1. Apply for Govt Survey of the Land thru the Tahsil office (not private survey). The Land Survey report & layout plan will show all the contours and boundaries of the land.

  1. As per the information mentioned in the present query, makes  clear that you want to know the procedure for the getting the measurement of the plot etc.
  2. For the same, you will have to approach the land owing agency of your area, as it is the only department which has the authority to do the property survey as well as the demarcation of the land.
  3. And they normally have all the relavent records of each and every property of their area.
  4. They would charge you a nominal fees for the conducting the demarcation of the land and also you get the other details from them only in accordance with your records that you might be having irrespective of the facts of being the land registered long time back.

If you have the registered title document in your possession, you may approach the land revenue department and apply for survey of the property through government surveyor, who with the help of land revenue records, will survey the plot and fix the boundary stones.

This process may take a little time but this will be the proper procedure to locate your property s well as to secure the same.
