Maximum punishment is two years for the same.

Dear Querist

Under section 465, the Punishment is imprisonment of two years, or with fine, or both. the offence is bailable.

if someone is convicted under section 465/471 of IPC who was already on bail during the trial than an application under section 389 of Cr.P.C. can be filed before the trial court who shall grant him bail during the time period of filing the appeal and than file an appeal before the session Court against that conviction and get an stay order/suspension of conviction order from the appellate court.
