• Advertisement regarding property

Sir, please let me know that while buying a property can any individual give an advertisement asking for objection from any party regarding the title of a property  or only a lawer can advertise?

Of course you can go ahead and advertise, to ensure the property is free of any form of encumbrance etc.your lawyer can be assigned this job by you for your convenience but it doesn't create any bar on you.

you can go ahead and issue public notice that you are purchasing property that in case anyone has any claim on said property to submit objections within period of 15 days. it is not necessary to issue public notice through lawyer

The advertisement in the form of a public notice can be given by the prospective purchaser alone. It is not mandatory that it should be given by a lawyer.
