1. It will be valid till March 2019 the certificate is valid in financial year 18-19.

2. It would be same for the financial year.

3. States give there own notification for calculation income in income test in obc NCL different states have different limits.

4. Sir firstly the above certificate is not valid for five years secondly the rules are different in case of State and Central OBC though authority is same.

5. The certificate won't say you are NCL from last 3 years it is effective from.date of certificate and most of time we get it done on same day.

the certificate shall remain valid for 3 years since the income of last three years is seen while deciding the same. So every three year income of last three years will be seen, the same is applicable to both center and the state.

Also, you will get the benefit of the same from the date of issuance of the certificate.

Sir both certificates will be accepted from date of issue only, no retrospective use of certificate can be there.

The last three years are just for calculation of income nothing else the certificate no where under no rule says that from last 3 years from certificate you will be eligible for NCL.

1)Limit for OBC NCL certificate income of both the parents should not cross 8 lacs p.a.for three consecutive years.

2) on OBC NCL certificate valid date is mentioned.

1.  The validity of NCL issued by the authorities is just one year from the date of issue.

2.  Same as above.

3.  The annual incoime is based on the income of the entire family members other than the candidates which will not include income from agricultural sources and from government employees salary who  are the family members.

And by issuing cast and income certificate it states that a candidate is not considered as fall under OBC NCL before the date of issue of cast certificate and he will be considered OBC NCL only after the date of issue of certificate..


How the perticular candidates financial status will be different at a same time,

The requirements or eligibility of the state government for this purpose may differ toi that of the central government requirement.

If central OBC NCL certificate accepted if it is issued on 3 years ago , why not state OBC NCL certificate is accepted which was obtained after the last date of application for any state govt recruitment.

You must understand the fact that the certificate issued by the competent authority is valid for one year only from the date of the certificate
