Thanks Nishantji I have just a sort of delivery receipt from the tailor who has actually directly delivered the goods to her for further work. I am still trying to sort it out by discussion. Planning to go the other city for discussion. Need your suggestion if I try to get her signature on some document now what should be the content. The problem is she has spoiled lot of pieces which she has to fix now probably because of that she is not returning. Any kind of documentation so that if not now later she can be caught if continues to misbehave Also have to deal with such parties what kind of agreement I need to keep them in legal binding.

Try lodging an FIR u/s 406 IPC at the local police station. Although in absence of any documentation the case becomes very difficult. But sometimes a police action may get your goods out.
