I am working in Government on a Senior Position in Bhopal since Dec 2014. Previously I was working in another govt.organization in Punjab. In 2016 February while was in my current job, acting on a complaint from 3 employees removed from service, CBI filed an FIR against 9 officers (including myself, previous head, current head and all sectional heads) from my previous organization against misappropriation of funds,cheating, forgery, fraud etc. While others were interrogated, I was never summoned or quizzed or interrogated, reason being I was never in charge of finances or related fields, had no sanctioning powers or releasing powers. All through my 11 years there I worked in a department where there was no dealing with finances or purchase etc. So misappropriation or fraud from my side is out of question. Till now no one was arrested in the case. After three years of investigation no charges have been filed against anyone of these 9 persons including myself. Unofficially, I came to know that investigation is complete and certificate of no- loss (amounts referred in FIR has been physically reconciled with the vouchers and the actual receipt of goods and services) has been taken from the organization. An interim status report was filed with the High Court who is monitoring progress on 5th October 2018. Complete status report was to be filed by CBI on 1st November but the case could not be taken up by judge because of huge number of urgent cases. I have got an offer of employment from UAE, can I get PCC. And where should I apply for PCC in Bhopal where I am working since 4 years or from Punjab where I had worked for 11 years till Dec 2014. You would face problems in obtaining visa as you have pending criminal case against you
You can apply online if you want to apply at the district police station.
Sir the PCC will show the pending case till the FIR is not quashed you can apply for PCC from bhopal see since the pending case the authority of giving visa lies with the authority of UAE.

You will get PCC cleared in case only when the case is quashed or you are acquitted based on report no clear PCC will be given
You would not get unconditional PCC till criminal case is not disposed of
Hi, you should apply for PCC at your current working place , the pending CBI enquiry may cause trouble for getting VISA

Apply for PCC and take out order sheet of HC, might be that the visa authorities are convinced and issue you visa.

You can apply for PCC from Bhopal itself,
However I doubt whether the police will give a clean chit since the case filed by CBI has not been disposed yet by the court.

This may hamper your employment opportunity abroad especially the pending criminal cases may not be taken lightly by the prospective employer.

Just a mention abut the pending criminal case against the individual may adversely impact the employment opportunity, hence yo may have to manage the situation.
