who holds the documents of the property ,she can sell her share once the property is divided between brothers and she can sell her husband share

We are 5 brothers and 1 of my brother died 4 years ago. Now his wife who does not have a child wants to sell her share of the ancestral property. Can she sell the property to anyone without consulting us???

The elder brother is not dividing the property within us 5 brothers. My brothers wife wants to get her share registered but the elder brother refuses to divide it and does not want her to get her share registered. How can she get her share registered as she is a widow and does not have a child.

She does not have in the first place any share in the ancestral property of her deceased husband if it has not been divided. So the answer is NO.
he has no right absolute right on ancestral property,you can file partition suit
if your sister in law tries to sell any share in property move court and obtain an injunction restraining her from doing so . if yoour elder brother is denying other brothers a share in joint family property file partition suit for your share in the property . the widow does not have share in ancestral property if no division has taken place
Hi, she has to file a suit for partition and she has to her share and then she has right the sell the property or other wise she can't sold her share.
