Yes if the trial of the offence is completed and you are fined. then the police shall give you PCC on application there wont be any difficulty in same, As the vehicle is realised and the case is also disposed then now there is no charge on the vehicle as such.

You need NOC from NCRB (National Crime Record Bureau) that Vehicle is not Stolen (can be done online)

2) NOC / Police clearance Certificate. (for No Dues and No Offence Pending against Vehicle)

3) Bank Inter State Transfer NOC if Vehicle Hypothecated

4) since case against you Is disposed of you should get NOC

The N.O.C or the No Objection Certificate is issued by the RTO (Regional Transport Office) of a specific region/state. This confirms that there are no dues on the vehicle and no criminal records registered against it in NCRB (National Crime Records Bureau).

Instead of running from puller to poll better is to sell the vehicle in Chennai and purchase a new one at the place you are going to stay and it will have local no. as well.

Yes. You will get the certificate but the record of case will be mentioned on it. As the case is disposed off the record will not affect police clearance certificate.

you need to apply the same with the police authorities. Return of property application has to be preferred. I need to go through the final judgement for proper advice.

Dear Client,

Self Declaration Affidavit on Rs 50 Stamp Paper - duly attested by Notary that no fine, offence on vehicle and all documents are genuine with your address and purpose of NOC as transfer is enough, NOC from Traffic Police for No Dues and No Offence Pending against Vehicle is secondary.

And case is over so no trouble in getting NOC.

Once the cae is disposed, you can very well approach police to give a clearance certificate, besides, if you want to transfer the vehicle to other state, then you may obtain NOC from the local RTO office.
