Harassment by Tata Docomo
Dear sir
On Feb of 2014 I taken 2 sims by tata docomo.
While taking, docomo customer care executive talked and convinced me to take new connection for post paid, after that he said for these both sims are unlimited outgoing for between these two numbers.
after couple of days i got bill statement about 610RS (for both) i asked them why u made 610Rs for only 1 week, then he said you made this much hours of call, When i observed in statement that amount of call i made to free number sim but they charged for that also. I asked them questions, but they are not answering in proper mannerism,they telling we know how to take money from you people,that offer not yet activated, we are processing.
But they sending continuous message stated please pay your outstanding bill amount.
Today [deleted] they barred my outgoing calls.
please hell me sir I hope you understand my problem

Thanks for the valuable concern to Rajeev Bari sir. If i want disconnect the connection its not possible why because they barred my outgoing facility so that
i cannot make MNP(mobile number portability). And In plan it is not there but they said they will activate (like in corporate plans or CUG plan)that offer they
taken complaint and they are still processing
I dont know how much days they take for processing.
If I put case in consumer court In India is it withstand?
why I'm asking here all are corrupted and also that is not a small company I think they will not bother about this sir.

To whom I have to complain sir if I go n complaint at otlet they tells complaint at customer care
and if I tell my problem at customer care they tell go to nearest docomo outlet Im totally fedup with this matter sir
the only main thing is I can take new sim by paying 10 to 20Rs but who will quistion these fraudsters?

Mr Ajay sir it is not a matter of 610rs. In that i paid amount of 310.
for 299 rs they sending daily 10 to 15 sms and also they sending to reference numbers which i given while taking these sims.
they charged 610 for 10 days I dont know how much they charge for the month march.
I dont know how they got dis discussion suddenly just now got call from tata docomo and they said we activate your outgoing facility now i can call sir. See how cheep they are.

Sir sadly answer is NO.
but the thing as i mentioned above, they taken the complaint and said it will solved.
Plan is exist as HUM TUM plan or CUG plan in TATA DOCOMO
in all service provider if you take sim from same provider with same docoments and address proof while taking new sims it affects as you seen in big companies they use same offer.
