• Legal sentence meaning

Hi there is a legal sentence in my work tender which says and i quote "under the same conditions as and in accordance with the specifications in the tender "unquote ,in this sentence does it mean general conditions of the tender or just the specifications of the tender will have same conditions.

Kingly right full clause this cannot be interpreted separately this has to be seen in light of full clause.

This as per my view relates to the general condition along with specification in the tender both, as the general condition has to be followed in accordance if any specifications same has to be also followed.

Sir both general contract as well as to condition set forth with in the contract for specifications.
