complainant would have to be cross examined on evidence given by way of affidavit .

your evidence should be supported with some documents to corroborate the same. in the absence of documentary proof it will be difficult for the court to provide the relief sought for. further u should be cross examined by respondent and in turn you should cross examine the respondent.

The complainant is required to be cross examined by the defendant with respect to the affidavit. Thereafter the court has to decide the case on the basis of evidence supported by the relevant documents filed by the complainant.

After you file complaint a reply is taken from the respondent side,then there is evidence of the complainant,after which complainant is crossed by the counsel of the respondent and then evidence of the respondent,then his cross by complainant counsel
