• Power of attorney registration id proofs

hi we are going to register POA we only have id proof of POA agent so what we should do if we dont have id proof of POA Giver or the principle?

you need PAN card of the principal for registration of POA

no it wont suffice . Registrar office insists on PAN card /id proof

Without a copy of id proof of principal being annexed along with the POA the registering authority will refuse registration of same.

Doctor's certificate is no proof of identity. A doctor cannot even give a certificate to this effect.

Gazetted officer's certificate will also not suffice. Better contact the registration office personally.
