You have to approach high court challenging the order of UGC vide which your.degree was cancelled you have to prove that you attended regular classes and took regular course and passed further exams based on that degree.

The report of 2015 could not have retrospective application so as to make the 2012 m.com degree obtained by your wife as invalid.

Approach the High Court of Rajasthan under the Writ Petition in relation to your case. This is clear case against the government and you are a victim of a government decision.

Challenge the decision taken by the UGC and the status of such candidates who has obtained degree from this university prior to 2015.

The degree is valid as it belongs to 2011.

Kindly file a writ in high court. The court shall grant you with some remedy as this is major discrepancy on part of university and UGC as students are left helpless the same order of UGC shall be challanged and appropriate direction should be seeked.

If you wish, you may go for further degree, but your degree is valid because it was obtained before declaration by UGC

You have not discussed your own problem nor you mentioned the relief you desire.

However the opinion given in my previous post stands good.

They can not approbate and reprobate. You may take a chance by filing a writ of mandamus against the UGC and seek appropriate direction.
