How are you related to this lady if she died without any legal heirs?
Death with no legal heirs
A lady died leaving a property behind with no legal heirs. The property is currently in the possession of another third person who is misusing it and enjoying it. The property is situated partly in Rajasthan and partly in Andhra Pradesh, both movable and immovable. What measures should be taken for the above mentioned problem? Please kindly advise which authorities must be approached in this case

If no one is the legal heirs respective government will take over the property.
the deceased must be having some relatives whho are related to her . was she married or spinster? if she did not marry any brother or sisters or cousins .
