You may throw out the son of your property and give a publication with regards to the same in the newspaper so that if any case is filed in future then you may take this defense.

If, possible then in a very clever manner try and get the message from the father of the girl that nothing is being asked by you and there happens to be no harassment or demand of dowry at the time of marriage.

Sir there is no such legal agreement of which you seek. But if you are sure that your daughter in law will file a case or suicide for the acts of your son then you can simply ask your son that after marriage he should live separately with his wife. In this way you will not be involved in his daily matters.
