Hi,

I'm a tenant leaving in Ground floor, my house owner stays in First floor. My opposite house (Famous Kannada comedian tabala Naani) family everyday they abuse us (some times directly and sometime indirectly) because of water which is accumulating in their area. Every day by 6:30AM my maid used to clean the area to put Rangoli, beacuse of the they are getting irritated and using abusive words which hurting us very badly.

Actually, next to their house one buidling is getting constructed because of the building curing all water which flows and accumulated in the road which result in getting algae formation. Since they cannot tell them because they also reverse the same language to them, they are abusing us including my one year old son.... which is really hurting and want to take a action on them. For No Reason we used to get all abusive words from Mr. Tabala Naani wife.
Can anyone help me to take it further.

Your neighbour is liable to be booked for criminal intimidation.

Lodge a FIR against him under sections 503, 506 IPC.

To create evidence, use a spy camera to capture the abusive behavior of this neighbor.

Hi

Go to the police and file a complaint against them for defamation , if police don't support you as they might use their status to save themselves then you can opt for filing a criminal complaint case against them under section 506IPC for defamation.

If they abuse you in a vulgar language and create nuisance every day you may lodge a police complaint against them

If the local police do not take any action then you may approach the higher police officer of the city and if there is no relief even to that then you may approach judicial magistrate court with a private complaint seeking direction to police to initiate proper legal action on this
