Registration of non register house property
Dear Sir,
I have purchased the old row house in yr. 2000 in Mumbai. I am the third and present owner.
In my agreement stamp duty paid but sale deed registered as sathekhat not as a kharedikhat.
In Second owner agreement yr.1993 stamp duty was paid but it was not proper so 10 yrs. Back in government Abhay yojna I paid appropriate stamp duty with penalty. But agreement was not registered.
In first owner agreement with builder yr. 1979 also not registered only 998 yrs. Lease receipt of sub registar was there. In this I have paid stamp duty with penalty as it was not properly paid originally, in government Abhay yojna.
Now in all above past seller / purchaser r not available or any help to me in above matter.
Please advise the solution for above as at present situation bank can't sanction the loan to prospective buyer of my property. I'm retired person Pl also suggest lawyer in Mumbai for the solution of above, if there is any way out
